Where
is the nearest airport?
The new, state of the art Northwest
Florida Beaches International Airport, just completed in 2010, is only 30 minutes from
Thyme after Thyme and 20 minutes from Mer Sea, door-to-door. It is served by Delta and Southwest
Airlines. Non-stop service is available from Atlanta, Baltimore, Houston, Memphis, Nashville, and Orlando, with scores

Similarly named but to the west is
Northwest Florida Regional Airport near Ft. Walton Beach. It is served by Vision
Airlines with non-stops from Louisville, Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Las Vegas, St. Louis, Birmingham, Ashville N.C.,
Baton Rouge and Layfayette LA, Savannah, Macon, Greenville S.C., Niagra Falls, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and other cities.
The airport is about 50 minutes from Thyme after Thyme and another 10 minutes further from Mer Sea.
Sunshine Shuttle provides transportation from either of these airports to Seaside and Rosemary Beach,
and unless you're planning daytrips further afield, you really don't need a car to have a wonderful week's vacation
