"Thyme after Thyme" is a new Mediterranean-influenced luxury home next to the desirable eastern end of enchanting
Seaside, Florida. With 7 bedrooms plus sleeping loft and 5 full baths, the home can comfortably accommodate up to 16-20
guests in privacy and 22 with the use of a queen sofabed and crib. Bedrooms are located on all four floors, and there
are 2 complete kitchens, 3 living areas, and 4 separate outside terraces. "Thyme after Thyme" is
ideally located only one lot from the beach, with an adjacent beach entrance only 25' away, and just a 3-5 minute
stroll to all the shops, restaurants, and activities of downtown Seaside. Features include panoramic ocean
views from the 3rd and 4th levels, over 1500 sq ft of covered tiled terraces, and a private tropical courtyard with heated
pool, separate wading pool, stone fireplace/grill, and poolside full bath. This beautiful, perfectly located home is

This upscale beach home is spacious and bright, with 10' ceilings and walls of
gulf-facing windows. There are numerous amenities, including 2 complete custom kitchens; a 25' X 37' great room
providing a perfect central gathering space for everyone; Italian porcelain tile floors inside and out; LCD TVs, large closets,
& ceiling fans in bedrooms; 60" SONY LED TV with digital HDTV home theater in great room; Blu-Ray DVD
players and great movies for all ages; tropical pool (heating suggested October 3-May 15) and attached kiddie pool in private
courtyard surrounded by 20 mature palm trees; poolside full bath and outside shower; stone fireplace/grill in courtyard; expansive
ocean view terraces and observation deck (providing exhilarating vistas from 70 feet above the gulf); comfortable teak
outdoor furniture; ground floor game area with professional table tennis; and 3 car garage with total parking for up to 6
cars or SUVs. All of the following are included free with your stay: wireless high speed internet, four easy-to-ride
adult beach cruiser bicycles (bikes are on premises), table tennis, private regulation size Bocce ball court, crib/highchair/tots
table, free long distance, and DVD movie library. A brand new Publix is less than 1 mile away, and there are gourmet
groceries and wine stores in Seaside and adjacent Watercolor.
ACTIVITIES
AND ATTRACTIONS:
The beautiful, safe, family-friendly new urbanist town of Seaside is a 3-5 minute stroll or a 1 minute
bike ride away. There (and in adjacent Watercolor) you'll find numerous, one of a kind restaurants, clothing
boutiques, bookstores, galleries, and storybook architecture. Throughout the year there are free outdoor concerts, movies,
and live performing arts. A 30 mile long paved gulfside biking and walking path courses directly in front of the house.
You can walk to the beautiful Seaside Tennis Center, which is available to all guests (daily fee), or take a short drive to
the Santa Rosa Golf Club. Of course, most importantly, the gorgeous beach and ocean are only steps away. With
everything within easy walking or biking distance, you can park your car and forget it for the week!

All King and Queen BRs have en suite full baths; 3 are separately accessible.
All
bedrooms have Samsung LCD TVs, ceiling fans, & large closets.
All baths have deep shower/tub combinations, hair dryers, and makeup mirrors.
Ground level: 1 Queen BR; and 1 Queen platform bed (13" pillowtop) in a separate room.
